Camosun College takes FIRST place at the Alberta, HRC West case competition for HR students.
Over the weekend of March 4-5, Aidan Love, Hannah Dougherty, Rebecca Verwolf and Marcelle Santana Lima won hands down beating out 10-teams from western Canada. We are very proud of our learners and their ability to take a complex business case and apply HR principles that were practical and informed for everyday business.
In the words of the Alberta finalist judge, CEO HRIA Chris McNelly, 'The 4-Js Consulting did a great job keeping the presentation simple, clear and focused on the issue and also balanced amongst the presenters. The presentation was easy to follow and practical to implement. We were looking for a balance of academic knowledge and practical application'.
Bravo to our Camosun learners who worked very hard for this win!
