Bounce Back Yoga
Gentle yoga/meditation for maintaining resilience. This class is mostly facilitated by the instructor with little interaction. We may connect a little at the beginning and end of class, but it would be appropriate to have a silent practice if you wished. All bodies/abilities welcome.
