The victorious Camosun College Chargers men’s volleyball team made a big splash on social media this weekend as family, friends and volleyball fans around the globe sent their congratulations in response to the team's victory in the PACWEST Provincial Championship gold medal match. It was everything spectators could wish for in a championship final with Camosun making a masterful comeback from a two set deficit against the Douglas College Royals to claim a thrilling five-set victory which resulted in the squad’s second consecutive conference title.

As part of an ongoing series of dynamic speakers on all aspects of digital marketing, Camosun’s Digital Marketing Certificate program is hosting Steve Dotto, an iconic Canadian digital personality, on March 15 at Fort Tectoria (VIATeC), 777 Fort Street from 7pm until 8:15pm. In January 2014, Dotto’s YouTube channel hit 10,000 subscribers. Could he build a successful business based on YouTube publishing? Today he has 100,000 subscribers and is closing in on 7 million video views.
