Linking academic and career skills
Co-operative Education and Career Services offers services to all Camosun students, alumni and to employers in the community.
Student employment and employer services
For students and alumni, we provide free employment resources and coaching to help students entering the workforce or alumni looking for career transition.
Services include individual help with resumé and cover letter, interview, job search and networking skills, as well as access to workshops, career-speaker panels, career fairs, and employer information sessions.
Employers are invited to participate in career fairs or employer information sessions on campus throughout the year.
Many programs at Camosun also offer a co-op or internship component that can offer a direct line to a job.
As a co-op student, you'll learn to present yourself and develop great communication skills. You'll apply your classroom skills to the workplace and gain a world of benefits, or get the resources and coaching you need to find employment.
We welcome all employers to be an essential part of our co-operative education programs by hiring a co-op student or assisting with workplace education prep workshops.
