Trades & Technology Awards

The School of Trades and Technology in partnership with the Camosun College Foundation offers a series of awards to our outstanding students. Camosun also offers a wide selection of bursaries for full-time students.

Get nominated 

Many, but not all, Trades and Technology awards are chosen through a nomination process. When searching for awards make sure you read the application process for each opportunity carefully. 

You will be selected by your instructors or the chair of your department based on your academic performance, enthusiasm, participation and volunteer or work experience.

In order to be considered you should:

  • Maintain a good GPA (be in good academic standing).
  • Show exceptional aptitude and superior potential for a career in your field.

Eligibility

To be eligible for an award for a Department nominated award in 2024-25, you must have been enrolled in a Trades or Technology program for at least one month during the time period of May 1, 2024, to April 30, 2025.

All School of Trades and Technology awards are nomination-based. No application is required.

Indigenous students may be eligible for Centre for Indigenous Education & Community Connections awards in addition to School of Trades and Technology awards.
