Most Programs

Applicants outside Canada

Applicants must submit their application and all supporting documents by the following deadline to be considered for admission:

  • Fall term (September) — June 30
  • Winter term (January) — October 31
  • Summer term (May) — February 28

Applicants within Canada (with a valid study permit)

Applicants must submit their application and all supporting documents by the following deadline to be considered for admission:

  • Fall term (September) — July 10
  • Winter term (January) — November 10
  • Summer term (May) — March 10

Study Permit Application Timelines

Please check with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to see the average processing times for Study permits in your country of residence.

Music programs

There are two application processes for Music Programs – one for Camosun College and one for the Victoria Conservatory of Music (VCM).
You must do both to be considered for admission.

Please note that the Victoria Conservatory of Music (VCM) may have different application deadlines.

Engineering Programs

Engineering Technology diplomas and the First Year Engineering Certificate programs follow the International Admissions deadlines posted above.
