Partyfit

Partyfit® is the ultimate high intensity, high energy, dance fitness workout. All Partyfit® classes are designed to increase participants' fitness levels by mixing strength, cardio, balance, and core exercises with fun dance moves from different dance styles such as hip hop, house, and dance hall. Partyfit is literally a fitness party that leaves participants feeling reinvigorated, fierce, and ready to take on the world! No prior dance experience required and all levels of fitness are welcome.

Contemporary Dance Technique for All Levels

Contemporary Dance Technique, sourcing developmental movement patterns and embodied anatomy. Gain strength, fluidity, and coordination as the foundations for healthy, expressive, life-long dancing.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi Chuan is a form of exercise that involves slow relaxed movement to enhance balance and well-being and has applications for self-defense. The movements of Tai Chi are performed slowly to ensure good form and body dynamics promoting muscle and balance development but also “internal” massage. In this course students, will learn the basics of Tai Chi Chuan through Silk-Reeling warm-up exercises, the Wu/Ng/Yang 108 movement form as well as “moving hands” two person exercises. Each class will include a review, learning new movements, meditation, and applications. It is important to wear comfortable footwear and loose clothing that is not binding.

Yoga for all Levels

This class combines elements of the Vinyasa and Hatha styles. We link movement with breath and build stamina and focus by holding poses for longer periods than the usual flow class. You will leave class with an energized body and a focused mind, ready to face the world with a refreshed perspective.

Total Body Circuit

Looking for results, but lack time? Get a total body workout in just 45 minutes! Classes include strength gaining exercises using a variety of machines, free weights, stability balls, and ends with a cool down/

Employee Yoga

Focus on releasing tension in the shoulders and tightness in the hips. Special attention is given to the wrists, with encouragement to breathe and release tension. Our intention during this practice is to quiet the mind and relax the holding that arises with the demands of the workplace. Join your co-workers and take a well deserved stretching break.
