The movements of Tai Chi are performed slowly to ensure good form and body dynamics promoting muscle and balance development but also “internal” massage. In this course students, will learn the basics of Tai Chi Chuan through Silk-Reeling warm-up exercises, the Wu/Ng/Yang 108 movement form as well as “moving hands” two person exercises. Each class will include a review, learning new movements, meditation, and applications.
