Convocation Checklist

Congratulations on finishing your program at Camosun. Now it's time to start thinking about your Convocation Ceremony.

Get ready!

1. Apply to Graduate

Graduation and Convocation are two separate processes. Apply to graduate when you have completed your program by going to myCamosun.

2. Save the Date

See the order of ceremonies

3. RSVP to attend your Convocation Ceremony

The Convocation RSVP deadline has passed.

Please contact your school representative if you have questions about your upcoming convocation ceremony.

Remember to have an up to date email address on file.

4. Order your Regalia

The online gown rental website is now closed. Graduates can still rent regalia on-site on the day of the ceremony. To cross the stage, all graduates are required to wear regalia.

If you are a member of an Indigenous nation, the military, or are from another country, you may choose to wear your regalia, uniform, or national dress in place of the traditional graduation gown.

View the Gown Size Chart.
