This award is for students in Creative Writing in the School of Arts and Science. This award supports children's literacy work that focuses on content or subject matter that illuminate the experiences of people of diverse ethnic or faith backgrounds, people with disabilities or people who identify as LGBTQIA2S+.

Criteria

You must:

be enrolled in a Creative Writing course during the current offering or academic calendar year.
submit a creative work that would be accessible to children or youth and/or uses literary devices associated with children's literature (for example, rhyme, nonsense, word-play, fantasy, or narration).
