This award is for a student in the Certified Medical Laboratory Assistant (CMLA) Certificate program that demonstrates exceptional communication skills with fellow students, instructors and the health care team. They are enthusiastic, motivated, and proactive in the classroom and at practicum sites. They demonstrate a strong work ethic in the classroom and at practicum sites.

- be enrolled in the Certified Medical Laboratory Assistant (CMLA) Certificate program program during the current offering or academic calendar year.
