Pension Plans
The College Pension Plan and the Municipal Pension Plan are defined-benefit pension plans that provide for a generous lifetime retirement pension. Employer and employee contributions are made and contribution rates vary between plans. Both plans are administered by the BC Pension Corporation, one of Canada’s largest pension benefit administrators.
