Award description

Social Science

This award recognizes academic achievement and commitment to social justice in the Greater Victoria region.

 

Applications accepted January 1 - April 15.

Criteria

You must:

  • be enrolled in a program within the School of Arts & Science during the current offering or academic calendar year.
  • must be registered in a minimum of four social science courses in the current academic year.
  • submit a letter of no more than 500 words outlining their social justice work and interest in the social sciences.

Preference will be given to those whose GPA is 7.0 (A-) or higher.
