Instructor, History
Christian Lieb completed an MA in American History at the University of Maine and another MA in European History, Geography, and Political Science at Gerhard-Mercator-Universität in Germany, followed by a PhD in Canadian History at the University of Victoria. His research areas include Trans-Atlantic and Trans-Pacific migrations. Between 2004 and 2016 he taught courses on Global, European, and North American History at the University of Victoria and Vancouver Island University before joining the Humanities Department at Camosun College in 2016. He is currently developing a new course on Greek and Roman History.
