Chef David Lang has over 25 years of experience in the culinary industry with a focus on Gastronomy, The Farm to Table Movement and Food Security.
The past 12 years have been focused on education with instructional roles at North Island College, VIU and presently, as the Chair of the Culinary Arts Department at Camosun College. Chef Lang is committed to helping educate future Chefs and Culinarians.
