Aidan Dumaisnil joined Camosun College as a full-time instructor in 2022. She holds a Doctorate in Management from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary, where she specialized in OB/HR, focusing on mental health and mental illness in the workplace. Prior to Camosun College, Aidan taught organizational behaviour and ethical leadership at the University of Calgary.

Aidan’s teaching philosophy focuses on creating diverse learning experiences. She encourages her students to think critically and ask questions. She also strives to make course concepts relevant so students can see how the course material is applicable to their goals, their careers, and their everyday lives.
