The institution of policing continues to be male dominated and a highly gendered workspace. Women's participation in policing has increased over the last 50 years however remains critically low. In this panel we will hear from four highly experienced women in policing. We will hear about the challenges they face, and possible solutions to creating gender balance in policing in the future.
