Youth Justice Panel. The Disappearing Youth Offender?

Please join us to hear from an expert panel on youth justice. They will discuss the last 25 years of youth justice in Canada and current legislation and practices. This will include a review of the Juvenile Delinquents Act, Young Offenders Act and the current Youth Criminal Justice Act. An expert community and justice panel of presenters will then discuss their role in the current youth justice process, talk about the declining rate of youth offenders and reasons for the changes.
