This award is for a graduating student of the Medical Radiography Diploma (MRAD) program and Diagnostic Medical Sonography (SONO) Diploma program who demonstrates mastery of the program outcomes by showcasing their academic prowess, clinical expertise, and practice readiness. The Excellence in Innovation is based on scores given by both a judging panel made up of industry experts, workplace leaders, and Camosun College Instructors and peer evaluations.

- be a graduate of the Medical Radiography Diploma (MRAD) program or the Diagnostic Medical Sonography (SONO) Diploma program during the current offering or academic calendar year

Most of the awards are given to students on the basis of nomination. You will be selected by your instructors or the chair of the department based on your academic performance, enthusiasm, participation and volunteer or work experience.
