Camosun's Convocation ceremonies will take place on June 17, 18, and 19, 2025. The Order of Ceremonies will be posted here as soon as they become available.
Graduation vs. Convocation
Graduation is when a student meets all credential requirements and is approved by the Registrar to graduate from their program.
To officially graduate, you must submit an Application to Graduate in the final term of your program. After applying to graduate and successfully completing the program requirements, then you will be credentialed. Your parchment will be mailed to you.
Convocation is the official ceremony where graduates are acknowledged and celebrated. This is the day you cross the stage in a cap and gown and celebrate your achievements with family, friends and classmates.
