This award is for a student in the Certified Medical Laboratory Assistant (CMLA) Certificate program.

Criteria

The Student must:

  • be enrolled in the Certified Medical Laboratory Assistant (CMLA) Certificate program program during the current offering or academic calendar year.
  • have demonstrated exceptional communication skills with fellow students, instructors, patients and the health care team.
  • have demonstrated enthusiastic, motivated and proactive attitude in the classroom and at practicum sites.
  • have demonstrated strong work ethic in the classroom and at practicum sites.
