Camosun's 2024 Convocation Ceremonies take place on June 19 and 20 in the PISE Building at the Interurban Campus.
Convocation is on June 19 and 20, 2024
The order of ceremonies will be announced and posted here in March. All graduates will receive an invitation to RSVP before May 26 for the June Convocation Ceremony.
Graduation vs. Convocation
What's the difference?
Convocation is the official ceremony where graduates are acknowledged and celebrated. This is the day you get to cross the stage in a cap and gown and celebrate your achievements with family, friends and classmates.
Each June we celebrate students who have applied to graduate and are credentialed in the prior summer, fall and winter terms.
Graduation is when a student meets all credential requirements and is approved by the Registrar to graduate from their program.
To officially graduate, you must submit an Application to Graduate in the final term of your program. After applying to graduate and successfully completing the program requirements, then you will be credentialed. All graduates will receive an invitation to RSVP before May 26 for the June Convocation Ceremony. Your parchment will be mailed to you.
