Nagweyaab - Rainbow Award

The Nagweyaab Rainbow Award celebrates students who offer help and support, with a greater good in mind, to other students and their communities.

Our Grandmother's Voices Endowment Fund

This award will be provided to any graduating Camosun College Student who plans on continuing their education by studying Indigenous languages, with a goal of teaching or conducting research. The student will also show a commitment to community involvement, and leadership in their community.

To provide an award to a deserving student who is enrolled full-time in the Indigenous Family Support Program.

Stuart Culbertson Legacy Award for Indigenous Students

Awarded to Indigenous Student(s) enrolled in their final program years at Camosun College. Preference will be given to a student(s) in a program that supports a career in sustainable natural resource development or health care.

Tahltan Nation Indigenous Student Upgrading Award

 This award is for a student registered in Eye Sqalewen who is enrolled in upgrading courses at Camosun College. This is open to all Indigenous students registered in Camosun Colleges upgrading courses. Recipients will be chosen by nomination of faculty or staff.

Tsa Qwa Supp Award for Nuu-chah-nulth Students

Est. in 1999 primarily as a gift from Art Thompson (Tsa Qwa Supp)(BC Hydro financed the commission and production of his prints) The purpose of the award is to encourage and provide financial support to students who are of the Nuu-cha-nulth, Pacheedaht  or Nakab Nations.
