This award is for a student graduating from Grade 12 who has overcome hurdles/hardships in order to attend college (financial challenges, lack of support from family, etc.) Awarded by special external committee

The Shirley & Harvey Pinch Entrance Award is a non-repayable award that recognizes outstanding academic achievement upon high school graduation to students entering full-time studies in the Fall semester with the School of Business at Camosun College.

This bursary was established by John Van Wees to provide financial assistance to a student in need, who is entering full-time studies in trades training.
