Award description

For any Access student transitioning to a career or academic program and who demonstrates a commitment to student community.

Criteria

Student must:

  • have been enrolled in an Access program or an Access course (Academic Level - select Upgrading & Preparatory) for at least one semester during May 1–April 30.
  • submit a one-page essay on the importance of education as well as demonstrate a commitment to student community.

Application process

Faculty/staff nomination or application.

Preference will be given to the student who has completed the most extensive course work in reaching their goals.
