a tree lined path leads to iconic Young Building on the Landsdowne campus

Every spring, CETL offers Walls Optional, a one-day conference for faculty and staff focused on teaching, learning, and technology.

About & registration

2022 Date: Wednesday, April 27

Theme: Regrounding and Reconnecting

Our goal is to provide a space for you to share the ideas, practices, and resources surrounding teaching, learning, and the use of educational technologies that excite you, energize you, and support you in your work.
Over the past two years, our teaching and learning communities have been disrupted in fundamental ways. Walls Optional 2022 provides an opportunity for us to reground, reconnect, and reflect as a college community.

Everyone is invited to attend, whether you are new to the college in a term instructor role, or you are a seasoned instructor, an administrator or in an educational support role. This day is for everyone.
