Tuesday, Feb. 4, 6:30am — Camosun’s campuses are CLOSED on Feb. 4 due to heavy snowfall and challenging road conditions being reported throughout the region. All classes and services will be closed for the day.

Students and employees are encouraged to stay warm, keep safe and avoid travel if possible.

What time of year is the survey done?

The survey is launched in the spring, usually in early March.

Is the Camosun College Student Experience Survey confidential?
Yes. Camosun College will maintain the confidentiality of the feedback provided. The college's Institutional Research team administers the survey and will maintain strict procedures and information security in using the response data. Individual names of students will not be published with survey responses. Data will be used in aggregate and help to inform Camosun’s future planning. 

Is this a voluntary survey?
This survey is completely voluntary, you do not have to participate if you do not want to.  

How long will the survey take?
Approximately 10 minutes. There are about 20 questions in this survey and most of them are multiple choice. 

Can I say anything I want?
Yes. The purpose of this survey is to receive open and honest feedback from students. We want to hear from you on important student experience themes and staff across the college greatly value your insights. 

How is this survey being conducted?
Students in credit programming at the college will receive an email invitation to complete the survey. If there are issues with the email or distribution, please contact: studentexperiencesurvey@camosun.ca

Can I opt out at any time?
You may remove your survey response or comments shared at any time. For a simple and direct method of opting out, you may simply declare so in an email to studentexperiencesurvey@camosun.ca.
