All Levels Yoga Class
This hour-long class combines elements of the vinyasa and Hatha styles, meaning students practice linking movement with breath while building courage, stamina and focus by holding poses for longer periods than we would in the usual flow class. You will class leave with an energized body and a focused mind, ready to face the world with a fresh perspective. Join us this spring.

Essentrics
Enjoy a dynamic full-body workout that combines stretching and strengthening. Focus is on the hips, waist and abs to create lean muscle and improve posture.

Soul Barre
This fun class is a combination of ballet-inspired postures, Pilates and strength training. You will work with each muscle group, sculpting and toning your muscles. Besides the barre, the class utilized dumbbells, resistance bands, and Pilates balls. Open to all levels.

Total Body Circuit
This energetic class will give you a full-body workout. It combines bodyweight and free weight exercises that will sculpt and strengthen your muscles. Cardio intervals will keep your metabolism burning throughout the day. All levels are welcome.

Zumba
This popular fitness dance class involves dance, aerobic and resistance training. Zumba choreography incorporates Hip Hop, Samba, Salsa, Meringue, Mambo, martial arts and some Bollywood moves. No dance experience is required.
