Third-Party Form Verification

Many organizations require proof of enrolment using their own official form.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Knowledge First Financial
  • Children’s Education Funds Inc.
  • Canadian Scholarship Trust
  • iA Financial Group
  • Public Works & Government – Service Canada
  • CATA Certification Examination Application Graduation Eligibility Form

Third-party Verification of Enrolment Form is not required for the following:

International Students: Use the International Student Letter Request.

Domestic Students: Follow the instructions below to request Third-Party Verification.

  1. Complete the Camosun Third-Party Verification of Enrolment Form(PDF).
  2. Complete the required fields on the other organization’s form.
  3. Email both of the above forms to verificationofenrolment@camosun.ca.
  4. Payment instructions will be emailed to you within three (3) business days.
  5. Make payment on myCamosun ($10 per form; non-refundable).
  6. View your receipt on myCamosun.
    • Requests will not be processed until payment is received.
  7. Check your email and junk mail during the seven (7) business day processing period.
    • The verified form will be sent to your email address on file.
    • No pick-up option is available.

How much does it cost for verification of a third-party form?

The non-refundable fee for Third-Party Verification is $10.

How will I know if my payment has been received?

Verify your payment by viewing the receipt on myCamosun. Requests will not be processed until payment is received.

  1. Financial Information > Student Finance > Account Summary > Other
  2. Expand All to view Payments and Receipt Number.

If you do not see a receipt number, then your payment has not been received. Requests with incomplete payment will be cancelled after 3 weeks.

How long does it take to receive a verified third-party form?

Your verified third-party form will be sent to your email address within seven (7) business days of payment.

Why have I not received my verified third-party form?

Verification will not be provided if:

  • The $10 payment is not received.
  • Your registration deposit for the requested term(s) has not been paid.
  • You are not registered in any course(s) for the current or requested term(s).
  • You have overdue tuition or fees owed to the college.
