Neil started his own contracting business on Saltspring in 2002 building custom homes. In 2003 he began working for Camosun through a partnership with the ITA (SkilledTradesBC). delivering the "Ace It" carpentry program, all the while continuing to build his company. In 2011 TASK was introduced where Neil stepped back from building and worked full time as an instructor, later including other trades sampler courses as well as apprenticeship training.Neil enjoys coaching soccer, playing music with his band, and spending time with his wife and two daughters doing outdoor activities.
