Cultivating Appreciation

Cultivating an attitude of gratitude for the land, people, and the community April 8-12, 2019

Cultivating AppreciationIn celebration of Earth Day* and the wonderful community that we live in, Camosun’s Employee Wellness Program, Healthy Together! and Sustainability Office, will be hosting a number of events from April 8 to 11. Mark your calendars and stay tuned for more information.

We all work so hard doing what we do, and it is important to occasionally slow down reflects on small or little things that make a difference in our lives. Our mission is to foster kindness and cultivate an attitude of gratitude, respect, and appreciation for people, the land, and the community.

We encourage individuals, as well as departments and teams, classes and student groups to take on acts of kindness and gratitude as it is meaningful to them. Help us spread the word about this special initiative, share with us, and encourage others to take a moment for kindness and gratitude. If you would like to participate, email us at HealthyTogether@camosun.bc.ca.
