Jenna Howe

After graduating from George Brown Colleges' Fitness and Lifestyle Management Program in 1995 Jenna has been educating and training in many areas of fitness and health. While personal training in private practice, Jenna also taught for the Police Foundations Program at Fleming College for several years. During her time at the Peterborough Sport and Wellness Centre, Jenna brought Zumba Fitness to the city, developed Cancer Recovery Programs and worked with individuals both in and out of the pool for rehabilitative purposes.

Jenna has since has received her degree in Psychology and completed the Yoga Therapy program at Pacific Rim College. When she isn't personal training, Jenna teaches Zumba, Groove, and Bellyfit classes along with provides therapeutic services for sports injuries, postural imbalances and general health and well-being.

Jason Gray

Jason Gray

Jason was born and raised in Victoria BC. Growing up he played a large variety of different sports ranging from water polo to football. After graduating from high school he enrolled in the Exercise and Wellness Diploma at Camosun College. Throughout the diploma program he furthered his understanding of healthy living and training strategies. After graduating from the diploma in 2008, he played Junior football with the Victoria Rebels before returning back to Camosun to complete his Bachelors of Athletic and Exercise Therapy. During his Athletic and Exercise Therapy Degree he studied injury prevention, rehabilitation and high performance training. During the program he also worked as part of the training staff for a variety of local sports clubs including the Victoria Royals WHL team. Currently Jason is a certified Personal Trainer and Exercise Physiologist with the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiologists. When Jason isn’t training he is outside with his dog or enjoying time with friends.

Danny Harris

Danny Harris

Danny was born in Victoria BC, and has been in the fitness industry for 5 years helping people achieve their personal fitness goals. He is very passionate about helping people improve their health!

His education and professional background has provided him with extensive knowledge and experience. Danny is a certified personal trainer, has degree in Recreation & Health, and has experience working as a fitness trainer for the Canadian Forces. In addition Danny has trained at the Pacific Institute of Sports Excellence and has been a consultant to various television shows. Through these opportunities he has been able to excel in a broad range of fitness disciplines.

Danny believes first and foremost exercise should be safe. A close second is that exercise should bring results, and last but certainly not least; exercise should be fun.. well..fun-ish. “The most common reasons for people to give up on exercising are injury, lack of results, and boring workouts.”

Joel has been professionally involved in fitness for over 12 years. Helping others achieve their fitness goals has motivated him into the exciting field of exercise and health. Joel is a YM-YWCA Certified Strength/ Personal Trainer. He is also a health educational instructor, and Third Age Group Fitness Leader. Joel is a dedicated professional with a track record of exceeding goals and stan-dards. He possesses exceptional interpersonal skills, and works well with diverse individuals. He offers a high level of dependability and enthusiasm, and brings health and fitness to new levels to those around him.
