Advanced Jazz

Designed for the experienced dancer to challenge and maintain acquired skills. Class components contain structured techniques for quality of movement, flexibility, execution for jumps and turns. A minimum of five years of formal dance training is recommended.

Belly/Bhangra

Learn the basics of belly dance — including hips, shimmies and isolations — along with Bollywood-inspired warm-ups and drills. Belly dance is great for toning and core development, while Bhangra is a fun cardio workout. Experience the joy of Indian dance in this introductory fusion.

Contemporary Jazz

Dance Fitness

Come and join this energetic dance class that incorporates many different styles of dance from Ballet to Jazz, and Contemporary to Hip Hop. We'll bust out some great ab exercises and well as stretches and strengthening.

Dance Technique Workshop

Quality of movement will be developed using Classical Dance conditioning for flexibility, strength and endurance.  Original choreography is taught using Retro, Gospel and World Beat music. Across floor progressions, standing barre, alignment corrections and technical instruction for jumps and turn is the focus of this class.  Dance experience is recommended. Class size maximum 10.
