Aikido is a Japanese art based on blending to unbalance and disarm attackers taking root from Japanese jujitsu and swordsmanship. Intro class will focus on building a strong physical core, flexibility, how to absorb and apply applications along with joint applications.

Cardio Strength

Revitalize your week with a total body workout. This fun class includes a mixture of cardio and strength intervals which will use a variety of equipment such as tubing, free weights and body bars. All levels of fitness welcome.
