Barre Workout

This is the exercise program made famous by the movie "Black Swan". It gives an effective workout with fast results. Working at the barre tones and lengthen muscles while increasing stamina and endurance like a dancer's body. The class is a fusion of dance and pilates but previous experience is not needed.

Bellyfit

In the first half hour of the class, burn calories and relieve stress with fun, high intensity cardio. Easy to learn moves from belly dance, Bollywood, Bhangra, African dance and more. Second half of the class, sculpt, tone and tighten with Pilates inspired core work and finish off with deep relaxing a yoga-inspired stretch and meditation.

Belly Groove

A great workout, try this beginner belly dance workout. Isolated torso exercises develop your stomach, arms & upper back muscles. Hip techniques give your legs, glutes & calves an excellent workout. Groove

GROOVE is a dance/fitness class where you learn SIMPLE and EASY choreography from a variety of different dance styles (Hip Hop, Urban, House, Jazz, Bollywood, Latin, African, Contemporary, Swing, Disco and more!). The choreography is simple so that you can dance the moves your own way! When you get a chance to move in a way that feels good for your body, you get a great workout that's perfect for you!

Hula Hooping

A Hula Hoop is not just a children's toy anymore, it is a fun way to a fit body. While working your legs, arms and core you will be learning several tricks during each class. You will also receive one-on-one tips during each session to help perfect your new dance moves, as well as learn interesting ways to combine them.

Journey Dance with Sarah

Journey Dance is for women and men of all ages and physical abilities. The class is guided with a loosely led flow to discover the benefits of natural movement in the body and explore your own expression and unique way. Open your body, and cleanse your mind through sweat, breath and celebration in a ritual of free form dance. Groove barefoot to the rhythms of world music. No coordination nor flexibility nor dance experience required.

Journey Dance with Marilyn (A Journey through the Chakras)

Dance away the winter blues and exercise the "whole" of you in a fun and creative atmosphere. In this series of classes, you will have the opportunity to dive deeper into "Self" and explore the body's seven main energy vortices (chakras). Through breath, grounding exercises, dance, sound, active and silent meditation, you will gain techniques on how to reduce stress when our energy and flowing freely, all aspects and the quality of life and health is improved. Suitable for all fitness levels. Dance experience is not required.

Meditation - Stress Relief

Moderate No-Impact Cardio
