Barre Workout

This is the exercise program made famous by the movie “Black Swan”. It gives an effective workout with fast results. Working at the barre tones and lengthen muscles while increasing stamina and endurance like a dancer’s body. The class is a fusion of dance and pilates but previous experience is not needed.

Dance Fitness

Come and join this energetic dance class that incorporates many different styles of dance from Ballet to Jazz, and Contemporary to Hip Hop. We'll bust out some great ab exercises and well  as stretches and strengthening.

Hoop Fit Fusion

Beginner/Intermediate Hoop dance with Miss Hoop Tastic. Learn the fundamental basics of Hoop dance while toning your core, legs and upper body. The class will progress from Beginner to Intermediate as you learn new tricks, transitions and ways to move with your hoop. Group exercises as well as one-on-one instruction will be given. No matter what your experience, hoop your way to a more fit body and balanced mind, while having tons of fun!

Moderate No-Impact Cardio

A group fitness practicum designed as a standing cardio fitness class. Practice will include warm up, cardio, cool-down and strength components. Put on some good gym shoes and come burn a few calories for the weekend!

Interurban Aerobic/Fitness


Aikido

Aikido is a Japanese art based on blending to unbalance and disarm attackers taking root from Japanese jujitsu and swordsmanship. Intro class will focus on building a strong physical core, flexibility, how to absorb and apply applications along with joint applications.

Meditation for Stress Management and Academic Success

This class focuses on how to meditate effortlessly and covers three complimentary techniques:  basic mantra meditation, visual meditation and Pranayama (breathing practice). No drop-ins as each class builds upon the previous one.

Come try this world wide popular fitness dance class that involves dance, aerobic and resistance training. Zumba choreography incorporates hip hop, samba, salsa, meringue, mambo, martial arts and some bollywood moves. No dance experience required.
