Regina Flueck

Regina Flueck

Regina became a Pilates instructor in 2013 because of her chronic muscle tension and pain in shoulders and neck. She found that Pilates helped her to improve her posture, body awareness and overall strength. But even after practising Pilates regularly for over 5 years, changing her career from an office based job to teaching and being more active, her pain kept coming back and she started feeling chronic tension in other parts of the body. It seemed that there was a piece of the puzzle missing. She found the answer when she moved to Victoria in 2016 through Thomas Hanna Somatics. Through the gentle Somatic movements, she is now on the way to be completely pain free. If you want to learn the tools to alleviate pain and tension in your body, become more flexible and to move with ease, join her Somatics class.

Regina is a fully certified Stott Pilates Instructor, a Hanna Somatic Education Coach, and Total Barre & Booty Barre.
