Bollywood

Bollywood Beats is created to spread the love of dance. Inspired by Bollywood cinema, this class is based on simple yet exciting steps to keep you on your toes. The goal is to infuse traditional Indian dance styles with a modern form, to help keep the eastern and western cultures together. Choreography consists of hip hop, contemporary, bhangra, filmy, bharatanatyam, and more.

Cardio Blast

Blast your cardio fitness level through the roof with a 25 minute class of any type of cardio training the instructor feels like throwing at you! You can expect classes such as cardio kick-boxing, step, high/low impact, or maybe Tabata style HIIT. Bottom line, you will challenge your aerobic and anaerobic thresholds every time. Come prepared to sweat, breathe hard and get super fit!

Pilates

Pilates is a system of intelligent and functional movement designed to create optimal health and longevity. Though precise and controlled movements integrated with mindful breath the body is strengthened and balanced from the inside out. In this class we will move through both classical and contemporary exercises. The movements will be taught progressively making the class accessible to a wide range athletic capability from just starting out to athletes of all disciplines.

Yoga Remedy for Sitting

A gentle, therapeutic class that releases tension in the hips, neck, and shoulders, as well as building strength in the back and opening the chest to help counteract the effects of sitting. This class is suitable for all levels. Postures are used to target areas that may build up tension or weakness due to sitting for long periods of time. We will use breath and body awareness to help reduce stress and calm your mind.

Hanna Somatics

A series of gentle exercises that focus on body awareness, suitable for every BODY and especially those that suffer from chronic muscle tension and pain. Learn to release tight, painful muscles by engaging them until you feel the contraction, then consciously and deliberately releasing/lengthening, and finally completely relaxing. Following verbal cues allows you to make changes in your nervous system more effectively and efficiently as you focus completely on your internal sensations and process.

STRONG by Zumba™

STRONG by Zumba™ is a high intensity interval training workout driven by the science of Synced Music Motivation.
