Afternoon Hatha Yoga

Explore postures (Asana) in a supportive environment. Learn basic poses and sound alignment, develop strength and flexibility, and cultivate mindfulness through this self-inquiry practice. Learn breathing techniques (Pranayama) to inspire union (Yoga) of mind, body, and spirit.

Balance & Body Works

Strength is the key to balancing our bodies. We'll challenge our body's stability as we strengthen our muscles. Our core muscles will be active throughout each exercise to keep balanced and injury-free.

Cardio Blast

Blast your cardio fitness level through the roof with a 30 minute class of any type of cardio training the instructor feels like throwing at you! You can expect classes such as cardio kickboxing, step, high/low impact, or maybe Tabata style HIIT. Bottom line, you will challenge your aerobic and anaerobic thresholds every time. Come prepared to sweat, breathe hard, and get super fit!

Dancer's Body

An encouraging environment for beginner and experienced dancers. Develop flexibility, endurance and strength through Classical Ballet and Contemporary dance. Techniques include standing barre, centre barre, and floor barre.

Piloxing uniquely blends the power, speed and agility of boxing with the sculpting and flexibility of Pilates. It is a fat burning, muscle sculpting, core-centric interval workout that will whip you into shape.

Zumba

This popular fitness dance class involves dance, aerobic and resistance training. Zumba choreography incorporates Hip Hop, Samba, Salsa, Meringue, Mambo, martial arts and some Bollywood moves. No dance experience required.
