Abs & Glutes

This 30 min class includes a core warmup and a 5 min stretch session with targeted moves for both abs and glutes with emphasis on core stability, posture as well as localized strength and conditioning.

Boot Camp

Cardio Blast

Blast your cardio fitness level through the roof with a 25 minute class of any type of cardio training the instructor feels like throwing at you! You can expect classes such as cardio kickboxing, step, high/low impact, or maybe Tabata style HIIT.  Bottom line, you will challenge your aerobic and anaerobic thresholds every time. Come prepared to sweat, breathe hard and get super fit!

Hatha Yoga

By Friday afternoon many of us find ourselves walking around with tension and busy minds. Take this opportunity to care for your body and tune into mental reset. This Friday afternoon 50 minute slow to medium paced class is the perfect transition for a refreshing and restorative way to start your week end. Kundalini Yoga

The practise of Kundalini Yoga will help you overcome stress and anxiety. The exercise sets engage the breath, improving your strength, flexibility and coordination. With regular practice you will be calm, centred, and energized. This beginning class includes deep relaxation and meditation. No previous yoga experience is necessary.

Modern Contemporary Dance

Contemporary/lyrical class encourages dancers to be versatile in their expressions, and to be able to portray a wide array of emotion through dance. It focuses on specifics and body awareness, use of body weight, floor work, leaps, turns, and safe body alignment.

Move and Groove for Tots and Caretakers

Sexy Jazz

Sexy Jazz is class (open to both men and women) is a sassy, confidence boosting class where students will learn to dance like divas such as Beyonce, while learning sexy moves including body isolations and floor work as well as basics like walking confidentiality in heels and working on improving flexibility. (Heels are not a requirement to take part).

Tai Chi

Tai Chi Chuan is a form of exercise that involves slow relaxed movement to enhance balance and well-being and has applications for self-defense. The movements of Tai Chi are performed slowly to ensure good form and body dynamics promoting muscle and balance development but also “internal” massage. In this course students will learn the basics of Tai Chi Chuan through: Silk-Reeling warm-up exercises, the Wu/Ng/Yang 108 movement form as well as “moving hands” two person exercises. Each class will include review, learning new movements, meditation, and applications. It is important to wear comfortable footwear and loose clothing that is not binding.

Total Body Circuit

Yoga Core

Yoga Core emphasizes static and dynamic Yoga poses that develop a strong and supple abdomen and lower back - essential for good posture, proper digestion, and overall health. We will work the mid-section of the body and incorporate conscious breathing and deep relaxation to complete our practice.
