Mid-Day Hatha

The practice of Asana (posture) with the guidance of the breath brings deep awareness of Self. In this class we will practice the postures with attention to proper alignment and safe joint positioning. We use breath to bring awareness and self-observation to your yogic being.

Yoga Remedy for Sitting

A gentle, therapeutic class that releases tension in the hips, neck, and shoulders, as well as building strength in the back and opening the chest to help counteract the effects of sitting. This class is suitable for all levels. Postures are used to target areas that may build up tension or weakness due to sitting for long periods of time. We will use breath and body awareness to help reduce stress and calm your mind.
