Employee Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga offers a practice where no Yoga mat is needed. We will build strength with seated poses on the chair and standing poses using the chair for balance and support. Get away from your desk and learn meditative breathing techniques and stretches to release muscle tension. Come as you are. No prior experience necessary.

Vinyasa Flow

Explore connecting breath with movement to open the body and release tension, create integral stability, increase balance and strength. Practice mindfulness and deepen self awareness while clearing the mind with the meditative quality of this flow class.

Yoga for Sitting

This Therapeutic Yoga for Sitting class helps to release tension held in the body as a result of extended periods of sitting and working in front of a computer through the practice of gentle movement, relaxation and mindfulness. It is a small adaptive group class accessible to all, no previous knowledge of Yoga is required.
