Qi Gong
The literal translation of qi gong is “energy work”. It is an Asian form of yoga that has been around for thousands of years. Qi Gong exercises benefit the mind and body with radiant consciousness that is communicated to every cell in the body. These are Dynamic effortless and relaxed movements that include the whole body. Meridian healing exercises practiced regularly have many health benefits, including posture, balance, mobility, fatigue, blood pressure, digestion, arthritis, anxiety, and memory. Gentle unstructured breathing with each exercise, removing blocked energy within the body, and allowing for new vibrant energy flow.
Instructor: Joel Swets
Stand Tall - Posture Correction
Stand Tall is a class dedicated to posture rehabilitation and education. If Sitting is the New Smoking, then we need strategies to combat our new reality of working and studying from home. We will work on stretching and strengthening exercises directly related to the compensation patterns related to poor posture and get you set for the week!

Strong 30 and Strong 45
Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG Nation™ combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
In each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing.
This fun but challenging class will work your entire body. It’s ideal for hitting your ultimate fitness goals — and then making new ones.
Instructor: Jenna Howe
Yoga Barre Flow
What is Yoga Barre? Think yoga set to music with the gracefulness of barre moves. This flowing class will give you a total body workout. It will target smaller muscle groups and lengthen your body.
Instructor: Emily Heayne-Moore
Yoga Therapy for Concussion and Brain Health
Yoga Therapy for Concussion and Brain Health is a series designed and dedicated to those who may have experienced brain trauma or are looking to develop a yoga practice with brain health and optimization in mind. Each class will be tailored to foster resilience through adapted yoga, mindfulness and supportive learning.
We make room for the practice of the 8 limbs of yoga to create a whole being experience. Included are educational pieces related to self help strategies for reducing symptoms while also increasing well being and clarity.
Our intention is to build a sense of community through group discussions with inspiring concussion, TBI, brain health themes intertwined with yogic philosophies
Instructor: Jenna Howe & Meghan Kelly
ZUMBA
We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
