Camosun Chargers – “Make Some Noise for Mental Health” – January 25

The Camosun Chargers student-athletes invite Camosun students, employees and fans to attend their volleyball matches on Thursday, January 25 to join them in the nation-wide campaign to break the stigma surrounding mental health.
Bring your biggest and brashest noisemakers and voices to make Camosun the LOUDEST in the land!
This awareness campaign is intended to encourage conversation and open mindedness and better promote resources and support available on campus and in the local area.
Volleyball Games start:
- Women 6pm; Men 8pm
- Pacific Institute for Sport Excellence, Camosun College, Interurban Campus
- FREE to students with Camosun ID
- $4: Seniors (65+) and Youth (13-17) and UVic/other Students
- $6: Adults
This Camosun Chargers initiative is part of the Canadian College Athletic Association’s (CCAA) support for Canada’s national Mental Health Awareness Campaign (Jan. 15 – Feb. 11) and Bell Let’s Talk Day (Jan. 31).
