The story of literacy on Southern Vancouver Island
Adult literacy programs and services on Southern Vancouver Island are delivered by post-secondary organizations, school districts, and a myriad of not-for-profit and community organizations. This is the story of how the people connected to those organizations are coming together to create a coherent literacy infrastructure that will serve learners well.
