Resetting your Camosun domain password
Student password requirements
You can use a password (7-10 characters) or passphrase (11 or more characters).
- At least one UPPERCASE letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least 1 number
- No repeating characters (aaa, 111)
- No repeating groups of five or more (sockssocks)
- No sequences of five or more (abcde, 12345)
Reset your Camosun domain password online
Reset your Camosun domain password from a Camosun computer
- Visit any open General Purpose lab or the Learning Commons at either library
- On the computer log in screen select “I forgot my password/Unlock my account”

If you can’t reset your Camosun domain password
If you’re having trouble resetting your password, speak with a library employee, General Purpose lab technologist, or contact the ITS Service Desk at firstname.lastname@example.org or 250–370–3064.
Resetting your Camlink password
If you can’t log in to Camlink you have a few ways to recover your log in information. You may need to provide your Camosun ID, your Social Insurance Number (SIN) and your last name as we have it on file.
Viewing your password hint
If you set a password hint for your Camlink account, you can retrieve it by entering your Camosun ID.
Reset your Camlink password by email
You can reset your Camlink password by email. You will need to enter your last name and your Social Insurance number or your Camosun ID. A temporary password will be sent to the email address we have on file for you.
Retrieve your Camosun ID by email
If you can’t remember your Camosun ID you can retrieve it by email. You will need to provide your last name and the email address we have on file for you. Your Camosun ID will be sent to this email address.
If you can’t reset your Camlink password
If you can’t reset your Camlink password using any of the options above, contact Student Services by phone, email or in-person.
Call 250–370–3550 or 1–877–554–7555 and select Registration from the phone menu options.
