I have been a visitor on the unceded lands of the Lək̓ʷəŋən, and W̱SÁNEĆ Nations since 2008. My work is informed by an ongoing personal inquiry of cultural and ancestral healing, and analysis of the impacts of colonization in my practice. I give thanks to the communities, landscapes and teachings that support my life and work.

My counselling approach is relationally oriented, trauma informed and is grounded in a feminist and anti-oppressive framework. I have training in mindfulness, environmental, and somatic practices, and consider your physical, emotional, mental, social and spiritual well-being to be important in healing. I believe in the inherent wisdom and resilience of the body and mind to seek life-affirming experiences. My hope is to create a safe space for self-discovery and exploration to help you navigate life’s challenges.
