Scholarships
Although the words, bursaries, awards and scholarships, may often be used interchangeably, Camosun defines each in a particular way.
Scholarships are non-repayable funds given to students based on high scholastic achievement such as highest grade point average and sometimes include additional criteria such as volunteer service, affiliation with a particular organization or other requirements.
