Documentation info
Documentation must be provided by a professional qualified to diagnose in the area of the disability.
If you don’t have current documentation you can discuss options with the DRC faculty at your Intake appointment.
- Chronic Health Impairments—a physician or medical specialist
- Cognitive Disability—a registered psychologist or school psychologist
- Hearing Disability—an audiologist
- Mental Health Disability—a psychiatrist or psychologist
- Neurological Disability—a neurologist, psychologist, neuro-psychologist, psychiatrist or physician
- Learning Disability—a registered psychologist with expertise in diagnosing LD or a registered school psychologist
- Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)—a psychologist, neuro-psychologist, psychiatrist or physician
- Physical Disability—a physician or specialist in the area of disability
- Visual Disability—an ophthalmologist
