The Urban Diner offers breakfast, lunch, and evening service and features a full grill menu with delicious burgers, made–to–order and pre-made sandwiches and salads, gourmet pizzas, hot dogs, calzones, and a full range of breakfast pastries made in-house.
For a delicious pick-me-up, stop by Java Express located inside the Center for Business & Access. Enjoy locally roasted coffee from Level Ground Coffee or Mighty Leaf tea, and satisfy hunger with a freshly-baked pastry, savory snack, or sandwich.

Grab a bite between classes from the newly-opened cafe stand in the Trades building atrium. Sip on coffee, tea, or a selection of cold drinks. Snack on sandwiches, salads, fruit and veggie cups, calzones, and sausage rolls.
The public is invited to enjoy wonderful gourmet dining at low prices at the Classroom Restaurant. Students in the advanced level of the Professional Cook Program create delicious meals on a rotating Table d’Hôte menu. Seating is between 5:30 and 7:30 pm, Tuesday to Friday, September through March. Reservations are recommended— call the number listed below.

The Culinary Arts Centre offers limited catering services for meetings, lunches and special events. All foods are prepared by the Professional Cook program’s highly-trained students and apprentices using high-quality ingredients. All proceeds go towards the Professional Cook program for training purposes.
Aramark’s Classic Fare provides high-quality catering services for the Interurban campus. From small meetings to large conferences, Aramark’s experienced catering team can handle all the details. Using local ingredients wherever possible, all items are trans-fat free and baked goods are made in-house. Fair trade coffee and specialty cuisine (including no-gluten and vegetarian items) are available for your selection.
