Important notice about payments
Due to limited cashier support, as of June 2012, we can only accept payment by exact change, cheque, or MasterCard or Visa (only handwritten receipts provided). We do not accept debit cards. Thank you!
External Exams
The Assessment Centre provides invigilation (proctor, test supervision) services for a variety of exams external to Camosun uses: entrance exams to other institutions, mid-term and final exams for distance education courses, association certification exams, and many other tests that may require an independent invigilator. Times are arranged individually. Cost is *$35.00 per test of 3 hours or less (taxes included). Costs for over 3 hours are negotiated. This service is available for pen and paper tests, computer-based and online testing. (*subject to change)
Instructions
- Complete one form per test
- Give us a preferred appointment time* keeping in mind our usual hours of operation are:
Mon-Wed: 9 am - noon / 1 pm - 4 pm
Thur: 9 am - noon / 1 pm - 5:30 pm
Fri: 9 am - 2 pm
(See current month's testing schedule for possible changes.)
- If your institution has given you a range of dates, give us 3 preferred appointment times within that range.
- If we CANNOT accommodate your request then we will contact you to make alternate arrangements
*Please be aware that this service is provided on a time, staff, and space availability basis. We will do our very best to accommodate your request but there may be occasions when we cannot. In such cases, we will contact you to look for rescheduling possibilities.
NOTE: Some external exams will register their own clients (GED, LPI, GMAT & PCAT [and other Pearson Vue tests], MCAT [Prometric] etc.). Go back to Other (external) testing services.
