Eleze Munro has resided in Victoria, BC since June 2022. She grew up in Edmonton, AB and attended the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) for her ultrasound training. Eleze finished the Diagnostic Medical Sonography program in 2016 and has worked as a General and Cardiac Sonographer and Ultrasound Clinical Educator in Edmonton, until the spring of 2022 when she became an Instructor in the SONO program at Camosun College.
In the early stages of her career, Eleze felt most successful when tutoring students, working with new ultrasound graduates, and being an accreditation assessor for Sonography Canada. The joys of teaching and mentoring spoke to her and drove her to pursue a role in education. Since beginning with Camosun, Eleze has been so thankful for the incredible staff and wonderful students that have helped guide her journey.
In her spare time, Eleze enjoys being outside (hence the move to beautiful British Columbia) and spending time with family and friends. While sonography is a great passion for Eleze, she thrives when being able to learn and teach.
