Bridget joined Camosun College in 2020 to teach the Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program. Originally from Ontario, she earned a Bachelor of Medication Radiation Sciences from McMaster University and an Advanced Diploma in Medication Radiation Sciences – Ultrasonography from Mohawk College. Bridget previously worked full time with Island Health as a Sonographer for three years and spent two of those years teaching sonography students in the clinical setting. Bridget has been an active volunteer in numerous communities including Sonography Canada and McMaster University, and looks forward to exploring new volunteer opportunities in the Camosun College Community. One of Bridget’s proudest accomplishments is having a published article in the Canadian Journal of Medical Sonography. She is always looking for new ways to challenge herself and pursue her passion for learning and teaching. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, reading, camping and spending time with friends and family.
