I completed my Master’s Degree in History at the University of Saskatchewan in 1996 and ventured west shortly thereafter. I’ve been teaching History and Global Studies at Camosun since 2004. I feel very fortunate to teach here – the college’s focus on small class sizes allows for close communication between faculty and students, and the Lansdowne campus fosters a warm sense of community. Discussing history and global issues with curious and enthusiastic students encourages me to learn more, read more, and try to better understand our world.
