Crystal Lomas

Crystal attended UNBC in Prince George for her undergraduate studies in physics and applied mathematics. After graduating, she came to Victoria to pursue a secondary school teaching certificate, then spent several years in private tutoring. In 2012, she decided it was time to go back to school, so she attended UVic and completed a master’s degree in applied math. Finally, she ended up here at Camosun, where she is now proud to be a math instructor. She particularly enjoys helping students master Math 11 content because the concepts are so important for their future studies in math and other disciplines.

In her free time, Crystal enjoys playing board games with her friends and family and learning to golf.
